Prices are for the VILLA PER WEEK and NOT PER PERSON!
Pool Heating is advised from October to April.
Exchange Rates as of August 2011 £ to $ rate of 1.62 £ to € 1.15
Special Discounts may be offered for stays of over 3 weeks and on
certains dates please ask for details.
Please note:
A deposit of 25% is required at time of booking.
You may pay in either UK Sterling (£) - Irish Euro (€) or US Dollars ($) Only by cheque or bank transfer. We are sorry can only accept euro payments from Ireland due to the excessive inter country bank charges made on euro zone cheques.
"Please Note When you are posting the booking form to us please make sure you have the correct postage as a delay in the receipt of the form could result in the loss of the weeks requested!"
The balance will be required 2 calender months prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 / €400 / $500 will be required along with the Final balance.
A cheque will be issued for the Security deposit after your departure from the villa as long as Our USA Management Company are satisfied that no damage
has taken place.
